Q: How do I get started with your services?

A: Simply schedule an intro call or fill out our onboarding form. From there, we’ll review your recent shipping data and begin identifying areas for savings.

Q: Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

A: We offer flexible agreements, but most clients choose a 24-36 month term based on the ROI potential and the value they’re getting from us. In some cases, we can do a shorter agreement.

Q: How do you charge for your services?

A: Most clients choose a performance-based model where we’re compensated only when you save. We also offer flat-fee and hybrid pricing for clients who prefer fixed budgeting.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept (and prefer) ACH transfers, but we accept business credit cards (for a fee) and checks as well.

Q: What kind of savings should we expect?

A: While savings vary by client, most see 10–30% reduction in shipping costs when combining rate optimization, service mix adjustments, and recovery claims.

Q: Do you help with late shipment refunds or damage claims?

A: Yes. We handle claims submission and reporting for late deliveries and damaged packages — so you don’t have to.  Any required follow-up by the carrier is provided by the Client, but we can assist.

Q: Can you help us optimize our entire supply chain, not just parcel?

A: Absolutely. We offer fractional supply chain support for LTL, FTL, 3PL integration, packaging improvements, and order management.

Q: Is our shipping data secure?

A: Yes. We use secure cloud systems and NDA-backed processes to protect your business data. Your information is never shared without your consent.

Q: Will you share our pricing or savings details with other clients?

A: Never. Each client relationship is confidential. We do not share specific pricing, discount levels, or proprietary information.

Q: Do you provide reporting or dashboards?

A: Yes. We provide easy-to-understand reporting showing savings by carrier, service type, surcharge category, and more.

Q: Can we audit your results?

A: Of course. Transparency is key — you’ll have full visibility into every calculation, refund, and savings recommendation.  We will also show you how to find the credits recouped on your Carrier(s) site(s).
